Coaching

Are you struggling to balance work and personal life, feeling overwhelmed or lacking self-confidence?

We care about your well-being and have implemented an individual coaching program to support you in developing effective self-management strategies and improve your well-being through individual coaching sessions. By participating in the individual coaching program, you will learn valuable skills that will benefit you not only in your academic career but also in your personal life. Sessions are held by Markus Boeckle, an experienced coach, supervisor, and psychotherapist, in either English or German language. You can find more about him on his webpage.

If you'd like to take advantage of this opportunity and sign up for the individual coaching program, please send us an e-mail by April, 28th (no other details needed). We will then get back to you asap to confirm the session(s) that will be financed by the ECRs. Once confirmed, you can contact Mr. Böckle directly to arrange your coaching session.

Please note: We can accomodate a limited amount of coaching sessions. In case there are more sign-ups than slots, we will follow the first-come-first-serve approach.

Remember, your well-being matters, and the ECR network is here to support you. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Previous events

  • Wel-being talk :We had an insightful event on ECR wellbeing at our Faculty, which was held on 24th April from 3:30-5pm in Hörsaal A. The event was centered around discussing the research findings on ECR well-being and how we can improve our own wellbeing as well as that of others in the university setting. The event started with a short input-talk from ECR Aljoscha Dreisörner, followed by group discussions on the topic. The discussions focused on individual actions that can be taken to improve wellbeing and structural changes that need to be made at the university level. Steffi Höhl and Claus Lamm, who are part of the dean's team and ombudspersons, also joined the discussion to specifically address structural solutions.
