Cancellation of your trip
If a trip is cancelled, the approved amount returns into the ECR budget. A re-allocation of the grant amount is not planned. Under certain circumstances (depending among other budgetary aspects) applications for further trips can be submitted later within the same year (see deadline October/November). As always, there is no guarantee for the possibility of subsequent submissions!
Re-allocation of grant from one travel to another (already granted or new travel)
It is possible to reallocate grants already from already granted to other (already granted or new) travel projects. Please make a new application and submit it for the 2nd round (see deadline October/November).
Subsequent submissions
Subsequent submissions of applications are only possible in exceptional cases (e.g. late entry, waiting time, travel not commenced, etc.). Please make a new application and submit it for the 2nd round (see deadline October/November). Subsequent submissions are only possible in depending on the corresponding budget situation.
